ECE works to build collaborations among those who serve pre-school children.  One meeting each quarter includes the Advisory Council of Jefferson County's OSR programs.  The work group partners the mission of the Children's Policy Council with Blueprint for School Readiness and other early childhood health and education initiatives.

This work group meets on the 1st  Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. at the United Way building just off Clairmont Avenue at 3600 8th Avenue South..
