The Mentor Institute is a one day training opportunity open to anyone who is interested in finding a mentor, being a mentor and/or developing a mentoring program.
Social Work CEU's are available.

Breakout sessions include:
• Creating and Sustaining a safe effective mentoring program
• Preparing for Success: matching mentors and mentees
• Understanding mentee's emotional behavior issues
• The role of a mentor in Foster Care mentoring
• Different types of criminal history checks
• The art of recruiting mentors
• Basic training for mentors
• Panel Discussion: Different Types of Mentoring Programs

Registration Fee: $10 (box lunch included)
