Survey for Children's Mental Health Services
Below is a website link to a survey regarding children’s mental health services.  Responses to this survey will be included as the Department of Mental Health analyzes state-level strategies and considers system improvements.  If you would like to participate in this survey, please visit the link below and complete the short survey prior to 5:00 pm, Friday, July 30, 2010.  All survey responses are anonymous and you will only be asked for a contact if you volunteer to participate in future planning activities. 

Although the survey can be completed without additional information, we have attached a summary of comments collected during local level meetings earlier this fiscal year.  Feel free to use this as a resource. 

ALDMH Office of Policy and Planning is reviewing meaningful ways to educate, inform, and empower stakeholders through a planning process.  This survey gives us the chance to look across the state to identify common solutions that may benefit communities.  Thank you for your continued support of the Alabama Department of Mental Health.
