We Build Partnerships To Benefit Children
Linking people and organizations dedicated to children's well-being since February, 2001, the Jefferson County Children's Policy Council (CPC) continues to build powerful networks to benefit children.
The Council is chaired by Brian Huff, Presiding Judge of Jefferson County's Family Court. Meetings are held on the first Friday of each month from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Museum of Art in the Steiner Auditorium (2000 Rev. Abraham Woods, Jr. Blvd).
Please visit our calendar for specific information about upcoming events.
At CPC meetings you will hear terrific presentations about issues related to children. You will have a unique opportunity to network with others with similar interests including community volunteers and representatives of child-serving agencies and organizations in Jefferson County. Not only are the meetings free of charge, they are fun and informative.
